I ordered a laptop bag on 17th June. Its 2nd July today and I have not heard back from rooja.com
Worse…their number is not reachable and out of service (the only contact number they have). Emails sent to them bounce back saying wrong mailer address. I have tried posting complains on their website but no reply. This is the worse site in comparison to other online retailers who atleast follow up with their consumers after charging money.
Rooja.com charged me more than 3500 rupees for the product and I have no clue what happened to my order. They claim to sell designer product but their service quality is worse than any local online retailer.
I want my money back (if anyone is listening on this forum).
