Dear,Sir at 1-7-2014.Mene Apne phone mese *141# se 38rs. ki sceem ke liye apply kiya 2 times erroe aai usake baad 3rd time sceem activate ho gai but TATA DOCOMO ne 38rs three times cut kiye..Mene customer care TATA DOCOMO me kaha bt unhone muze balance vapas karane ke liye mana kar diya ..Mene unke bade adhikari se call deno kaha usake baad bhi unke bade adhikari ne call mera 8min. tak nahi uthaya.Aur badd jb bhi me call klar raha hu to to customer care busy bata kar call kat diya jata hai.Me Request Karta hoon .Please meri arazi sune Aur meri Help Kare…MEra TATA DOCOMO KA MOBILE NUMBER HE:- 7405451579..Mere paas sari details bhi…Mere call karne ke baad unhone muze 3baar msg kaiya…koi bhi sceem kabhi bhi Ek Baar se zyzda Activate Nahi ho sakati…Please help me…thank You Sir…

Thank you to consumer forum and to TATA DOCOMO they both listen my complain and solve it….I got my 76rs balance which cut by TATA DOCOMO now it’s refunded to me.
