Dear Madam/Sir, I always do online shopping from websites like Flipkart, Shopclues etc and always get shipped and delivered ontime. But this infibeam.com is tampering my patient, i did order a phone xolo Q1011 on 31st July 2014 at 7:48am, and paid Rs.9899/- by online net banking successfully.
I received an e-mail that my order will ship by 1st August and deliver by 5th august. But on 1st Aug’ they asked to submit my ID Proof and Payment statement, that is never happened in my other online shopping but i provided those details. On 2nd to 4th Aug’ my order status was “Customer verification required(Payment Risk)”. And my order status is still showing Order has been approved for processing. I do not understand why its taking so much time to ships my order, this is my first order on infibeam website. and i am very disappoint with their poor service. Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thanking you…..
