My CRM is 35392333 with the name of Murali…… My account has been in dormant state for several months with . Over the last two months I have been interacting with Kotak Corporate team and Jubli Hills branch staff. They would never get required documents from me and even if they get, they never update in the systems. I am totally helpless and feel disrespected by the treatment I get from all the staff.
I am also mentioning the staff I interacted and they are good for nothing and they are donks without any brains NOR they have any interest in their careers and jobs.
They are …
1. Navya Reddy from Jubli Hills Branch, Hyderabad . Took many emails from me and documents, never activates my account and gives wrong and false impression that account would be activated
2. Prapti : She is the same works under Navya Reddy and she is totally useless
3. Srinivas Nalla, Krishnan , Sunil who are responsible for my corporate account – They collect lot many documents from customers but seems like they through away or misplace the documents. They never understand the customer’s actual issue and never has any check list to help customers.
I am also putting this complaint in open consumer forum which will stain all this staff and also the bank.
I am totally frustrated because, I have been talking to all these people over the last 3 months. Nothing has happened so far.
Would appreciate if someone takes responsibility of this and take necessary action on activating my account
