My name is krishanu Debnath . I purchased a product from home shop 18 on 27th February product code is 940265547. But when i received the product, i see that the product is wrong. I send the the product immediately. Then i received the refund amount cheque and i see the cheque name spelling is wrong. Again i send the chegue with a latter and also send a mail that please adjust my amount with another product . But still now home shop 18 did not send me any type of confer mission.. Please help me.
