My card has been blocked for online transactions while using an application called buddy app for SBI. I contacted its customer care, where they say. I have to visit my home branch for the same. Visited several times to my home branch, but the no help was provided for the same. Neither the person is interested in listing the problem carefully nor he have a solution for that (that’s what I think)… I can’t regularly visit the branch for a general issue… every time I tried to add money to the application it says, I have to send an sms, & uncountable times I have sent that sms “swon ecom 9599” to xyz number, but I don’t receive ANY confirmation/reply for the sms. Tried updating my number, but it doesn’t work. The missed call service says that my number is not registered … but the person at my home branch says my new numb has been updated. Suffering a lot don’t know where is the flaw.. plz help
