Incurred a loss of 19,442 due ICICI direct’s negligence

This is with regards to incorrect equity detail under my portfolio. It shows the realized loss of 19,442 rupees even though I did not sell or buy any of my Vedanta shares. The quantity is same as it was bought an year back.

I had a word with the RM and he told this is due to some platform error and would get resolved automatically in a week. It’s been almost a month and the incident hasn’t been resolved yet. I have written to every possible person in ICICI Direct but there hasn’t been any reply or acknowledgement from anyone.

I have to bear a loss of 19,442 INR for no reason and there is no one from ICICI direct to address my concern. I am ready to provide all the emails and account details to validate the above information.

Please help me in getting back my 19,442 as it is a big amount for me and I cannot afford to let it go.
