Online Recharge Mishandeling

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular (Aditya Birla Group)

Dear Sir Mam
I get my cell recharge online with 78 Rupess. It was a tarrif voucher in which we get local call rate @30 paisa/min .but after successful recharge i was not getting the benifit of that recharge .Regarding this i made a complaint at idea cellular customer care but they didn’t resolve my complaint instead they refund my 78 rupess in my main account balance(not in My bank account) and navigate me to get it recharge once again . My Concern is that if i Pay with my bank account then they should return the amount in my bank account not in idea cellular mobile balance account . When i said for the same thing the CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE said that we don’t have any data of online recharge. so we can not refund it in your bank account And Closed My Complaint.I have All the Details Of the Complaint Which i register on Idea Cellular. What should i do now.
