Name of company/service: K-TECH WATER ZONE (REGD.)
We have signed a 1 year service contract with K-TECH WATER ZONE (REGD.) on 31.05.12. Now we are facing some problem related to water purifier & calling the concern company from more than 1 week. Every time the concern person (service) is promising to appear for service but not coming and the same is happening from past week. Currently, he is not picking our phone as well. The rainy season already came & we have strong concerns about water born diseases. However, the poor response from the concern company is increasing the chances of getting trapped in some water born disease. Kindly help us in resolving this complaint.
