Online Recharge Credit not given, while amount was debited my credit card

Location/place: PUNE

Name of company/service: Bharati Airtel

Today (20th june 2012), at about 8.25 am ,I tried to make an online recharge of my prepaid mobile No. 9730254499, for Rs.200/- through my SBI credit card, from the site http://www.airtel.in. The amount was debited to my card. However, the message given was-“Unable to process request”. When I contacted the Customer care number on 198, I was made to hold the line 10 min. and then the lady on line told me to go to airtel office.Disgusting! They are making us run from pillar to post for our own money.

    Hello brother, I faced the same problem last month. And my amount was rupees 1000.00. But I wrote a mail to a nodal officer of Airtel, sitting in Mumbai (who has now become a friend) directly, and the money was credited to my phone immediately.
