Online purchase of Airtel DTH – Reg

Location/place: Chennai

Name of company/service: Airtel DTH

On 15-May-2013 about 8.15 am , I tried to buy Airtel DTH through online and for that I made the payment through Karnataka bank Internet
banking with transaction no BILLDESK:MClick:MKBL2995053592DTH Airtel. When I finished the transaction, I got successful transaction from my bank and Ididn’t get any acknowledgement from Airtel. .Later I logged into my account using Internet Banking and found that the amount was debited from my account.
Even I didn’t get the DTH from Airtel. When I contacted my bank, they told me that my transaction was successful and my amount was settled with airtel. I had already contacted airtel and filed a complaint the regarding the same. They accepted my complaint and gave me a complaint number also. (Complaint No 30728919). Since I was waiting for my refund for more than a month, my complaint was not yet resolved.
