I booked a Hyundai Accent car on 24/06/2013 with a booking amount og RS 10,250/. I have the invoice of the same with me. But on the very next day of the booking the sales person Prasanna Pal who works in Bengal Hyundai told me that the car has been Phased out by Hyundai and they can’t deliver the same to me. So when i asked for my money back they first told me that i’ll get back the same on Saturday, then they changed the same to Monday (01/07/2013). Today when i called them to check the status of the refund they told me that the same will be refunded tomorrow (02/07/2013). So, the issue was because of lack of information from their end and i am the one who is suffering for the same. This is completely unacceptable. The dealer (Bengal Hyundai) should be penalized for the same.
