Complaint against Bengal Hyundai

Hi,

I booked a Hyundai Accent car on 24/06/2013 with a booking amount og RS 10,250/. I have the invoice of the same with me. But on the very next day of the booking the sales person Prasanna Pal who works in Bengal Hyundai told me that the car has been Phased out by Hyundai and they can’t deliver the same to me. So when i asked for my money back they first told me that i’ll get back the same on Saturday, then they changed the same to Monday (01/07/2013). Today when i called them to check the status of the refund they told me that the same will be refunded tomorrow (02/07/2013). So, the issue was because of lack of information from their end and i am the one who is suffering for the same. This is completely unacceptable. The dealer (Bengal Hyundai) should be penalized for the same.

I purchased a Grand I10 on 13/09/2017 from Foreshore Road Howrah and now on 03/10/2018 I have given the car for some body repair work with all the necessary papers that was required by the workshop but now the works manager Mr. Amit is saying that no Insurance is admissable though I have paid insurance premium for bumper to bumper premium amount Rs.11835/- with ICICI Lombard. Mr. Satish the salesman of my car and Mr. Amit the works manager are both not entertaining me at all. Kindly look into the matter.

I Mrs. Ratna Mitra have purchased a Grand I10 car from Bengal Hyundai workshop at Foreshore Road Howrah on 13/09/2017 and have given the car for some body repair work on 03/10/2018 with all the necessary papers at Foreshore Road Howrah and have claimed insurance since I have paid premium of Rs.11835/- being bumper to bumper policy; but Mr. Amit the Workshop Manager and Mr. Satish the Sales Manager of my car are both not entertaining us and telling us that no insurance claim can be lodged as the damage described in the papers and the nature of the damage mentioned is not consistent with each other. Please help to get the claim.
