Goods (Wooden furniture) ordered online on 31st July – following up since then, till date – 16th Aug, 2012. No concrete reply till date. No one accountable. Customer Care is completely hopeless. Either their system is down, or they cannot contact the delivery team or they cannot contact their warehouse, and always keep saying they will call back, and no one calls back. Completely frustrated with the service.
