we have booked online movie ticket on Thursday for a afternoon show on Sunday in jagadamba theater ,vizag via book my show. we got seat confirmation through mail also via sms. we sat in the movie for 15 minutes later two persons came with a print out along with the theater guy claiming that this is their seats and we were forced to leave the theater for a silly reason of not bringing a print out. we contacted the corresponding customer care but the response is nil.i have also mailed a complaint in their help desk their is no response.now i am forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum as there is no other way left for justice.i humbly seek your support and request you to follow up. how can they allot a pre-booked seat to other customer.this is a mere ONLINE FRAUD.
and the victims of such online frauds may be innumerable.here are my ticket details
