We had purchased Godrej fridge in the month of November 2012, since then we have a problem in ice tray., i.e., when we twist the ice tray, ice cube is not falling down (not even a single one), its a simple problem. So called to complaint about it, they registered and executive had come home and checked it, we have followed all his instructions that we should not fill water completely and tried but its the same thing happening, and he even changed the ice tray and tried every instructions he gave us and also the same problem continued, and we kept it cleaned everyday and still the same problem. And finally had called to report, and he had come home and gave a simple answer that it is the same problem that refrigerator has everywhere and he is so rude that not able to stay there to look it again. But after a week i got a call from a lady, she said that she is from customer complaint department and asked whether i have the same problem still, explained about it and informed about the behavior of an executive and she said that she will look into it and call me back in 2 hrs time, but still no one have called me, think that 2 hrs is not yet finished. And then i was so fed up and did not call to report any problem till last week. And one of my friend suggested that i could mail directly to the Customer Grievance cell to look into it. Because i was least bothered to call customer care because then are going to send an executive from the same service center. So then i decided to send a mail. I have paid 24k to purchase fridge, and if i need an ice do i need to struggle so hard to remove one cube from the tray.
Then called Bangalore Branch num to get an email id or num of the customer grievance cell but landed in the same service center for help. Then spoke to Mr. Harish he asked me to do this, that to the tray, told him that i have done all, so he said me to send a mail about all the problems that i have faced regarding my ice tray. So this is a mail to him about it.
