Offer not Credit in my Airtel Number

My airtel prepaid number is 9002314149.I am from GURGAON, haryana.
I recharged with 148 rs which show in my best offer A to A Unlimited call and 1gb/day 4G data but i received only 1gb data for 28 data.I am using currently 4g enable sim and 4g enable handset samsung galaxy on5. Customer care said me that this offer not updated in your airtel number so you will not get this offer.
I have checked this offer by dialing *121*1# and recharged at My airtel App selecting 148rs offer by payed airtel money.
I am using this Sim from 6 years. so please solve this problem.
