Sub – Complaint about My Airtel Mobile -7042332232 services block after giving the payment.
Dear Sir,
My name – Sunil Kumar and My mobile Number-7042332232. Dear Sir from 22nd Aug 2017 (Evening) my airtel number services blocked because of payment 1399-INR due from my side.
This payment 1399-INR informed me after 6 six month on 23rd Aug when I talk to customer care and they told me that you change the Airtel plan from Corporate to normal so it’s pending amount from your side.
On 24th Aug I have paid the 1400-INR through paytm and then I call to airtel customer care and ask when you are going to start my number then he reply me yes we have received your payment and within 4 hours your number will be start but this is not happen then after 5 Hours of payment I call again to customer care and then the Sr. Executive (Mr. Harjot Singh) says that this payment is your old airtel account number so for payment adjustment form new account to old account it will take 24 hours and he issue me a (Complain no-78900311) against my issue. But after 48 Hours still issue remain same services not started on my mobile number. Again I call to customer care on 26th Aug after 48 Hours then Sr. Executive (Mr.Sandeep Kumar) says that, to start services on your mobile number we need your payment account detail of 1400-INR which you have done to adjustment the account payment then we can start the services once you mail this detail to us otherwise we cannot do anything.
Sir, you know in every banks & every where my mobile number is updated, because of this services block issue on my mobile number I am facing lots of problems I have do many payments, I have to pay credit card bill, Mobile bill etc. But I cannot do this without OPT number which is received on mobile number.
So I request to you please take a necessary action regarding this problem and take a serious action against the company and resolved this issue as soon as possible.
