Numbers Barred Without Varification

Hi Sir,

I had 2 prepaid Vodafone numbers(8447200813 and 8447200814) since Jan,2011. I got them migrated to postpaid on 2 May, 2012. One of the vodafone executive came to my house for the verification, however he submit the report that address is not found. After that my both the numbers were blocked. I went to vodafone store and asked them for the re-verification, same has been done on 8 May,2012. After that verification vodafone has unblocked my numbers, however after 3 days, they again blocked my numbers due to credit limit. I paid some advance to them and they open my numbers. This happen till 15 May, 2012 when the blocked my numbers again due to incorrect verification. I said that my verification has already been done on 8 May, 2012. They said that our agent cant find your house and ask me to re-submit my documents again on vodafone store. I went thrice to there South-X store submit the same however they always reject me and every time they passed the re-verification request, which never happen.
My numbers have been blocked since 20 May, 2012. would request you to kindly review this and do the needful.
