I would like to complaint against against your agent. I am working with Virtela Tech. Mumbai, we have a corporate tie up with Vodafone. I applied for a postpaid connection via your Agent Sunrise ( Pranav Patil : 8879990666). He got my form filled on 15th July 2013 and gave me a SIM on 22nd April 2013. Till date my number has yet not started and neither the agent is picking the call. I even told him that if he cannot get this done, then please return my documents.
If he cannot get the number activated he should have told me so that I would have tried Airtel as they care for their customer.
Agent is just spoiling Vodafone name in market. I will be writing on consumer court form about my case so that public should come to know the mental harassment done by Vodafone.
It’s almost more than a week, and I am fed up of this.
