Fraudulent Bill Charged complain

Dear Concern,

I am using Reliance post paid GSM connection for last more than 1 year, i got my bill Rs 2473.00 in which the company charged for per SMS Rs1.5 in May 2013, as before his customer care executive told me to use tariff of Rs 39 and by this tariff we have to pay 1 paisa per SMS. but when i asked again at the time of my bill payment,CE said-plan has changed now. but i did not accept that bill. after some days CE called and a senior executive told me that your RS 573 can be reimbursement and i have to pay only RS 1900. So i paid Rs 1900,after some days company has again stopped my outgoing and ask to pay Rs 573. i was so frustrated, so just paid this amount.

on 18th July i got a call from Reliance and ask to pay bill same day and get a offer discount, so i paid my unbilled amount Rs400,and CE told that your discount will be RS 186.73.

But yesterday i got MSG for bill payment again which is Rs 186.73. i asked to CE, but he replied that company has not provided any such scheme.

Now i want to know who is the responsible for this fraud, cause i paid to company twice to get a discount but again and again company people did not accept this fact.

Please help me to provide complete truth

I relies that Reliance is just fake company and time to time cut balance form prepaid customers and charged fake balance from post paid customer.

Please help me and provide justice.
