number port out not happening froms months

I have requested for number port out on 24 July 2014 with due date as 8 Aug 2014 the request got closed without any steps. I have again requested number port out on 11 Aug 2014 with due date as 26 Aug 2014.
I am tracking this porting request on daily basis through
email everytime I got response that it is still pending.
customer care :
the reference numbers for the request are 57556957 and 07069339
Still it is in progress on 11 aug 2014
Paid all the due amount even extra amount so that unpaid amount will not cause an issue on 18th aug 2014.
The answers I got were it will be processed by tomorrow evening 19 aug with interaction id as1563429824
The request got closed(though I have not requested for cancellation) on 20 aug with interaction id as 1564101797
The request got closed and we will chase the department why it was got closed 21
The mobile number still not gets port out.
Every time I called to customer care
I have to wait for long time and as I have to discuss with customer care so I have to pay charges as well.
The customer care executive will not provide any information
Even requested to transfer the call to senior, it won’t get transferred.
No response from cc executive though they kept long time on hold.
I am facing below issues
Want to have internet services on immediate effect but as airtel 2g/ 3g issues causing me to switch to another operator
The amount of time I am wasting to complete this process
Unable to make emergency calls considering it will again create issues
Non availability of network at home
