i have been using vodafone mobile postpaid connection for the last 5years, and wanted to converted into postpaid.And for this purpose i had visited vodafone ofice in Mahipalpur for 3times, but each time they said come back after 4 days or 10 days and they said it cant be done due to system error.and i been to vodafone office in priya ,vashan vihar also once instead of helping me they want to change the plan. Each and very customer excutive whom i apprached said the same thing and let me use postpaid connection which i dont want anymore. since i repeatedly visited and they ignore my request i lost money which i use for fare and precious time.And now i found it as the are cheating people in that way and make money by cheating customers. now i really wish that the concern authority from consumer court to do something so that they will cut my postpaid connection or convert it to prepaid as soon as posible. And it is my advise that every mobile user should be careful about vodafone company
