Not started the services of my mobile no. 9034269671

Location/place: Sonepat

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I am a Tata Docomo network user from last 4-5 years. Unfortunately my sim card was damage or the no. is temporary out of service. For restarted the services of my no. i was going to Tata Teleservices Ltd. Ramsahai Telecom, Gandhi Chowk, Sonepat. The Store-SM give me a new sim card and take my identity proof Copy and 100Rs. to activate the service of My no. But Unfortunately the services of my no. is not activated from the date of purchasing of sim card. I bought the sim card 20-25 days ago. I asked them so many time to activate the no. but there is no response. i am suffering from mentally harassment.
