not satisfied with blackberry products and services

i got defected handset and company is not giving me new handset.

problems:

1 – wifi was not working properly

2 – hang problem

3 – network problem

4 – ear phone problem

i am not at all satisfied with there product and services

blackberry service center of lajpat nagar cheated with me at the time when i deposited my handset they promised me that they will provide me a receipt 2 days by which i can get new hand set from that dealer but now they are saying that they are sending the handset in the company for repair for 15 days.

and i just cant wait for so many days.

This is not the way they are doing with me

And i am not responsible for blackberry curve 9220 DEFECTED HANDSET

now it is there duty to maintain your goodwill

i have given already given my feedback at [email protected] , [email protected] and [email protected] but till now they have not given me any response
even on phone they are not giving any response
i request you to provide me new handset soon.
