i purchased an a.c on 26/06/2012. however it stopped working on 15/07/2012. when lodged a complaint ,they told us they would repair the compressor. when we refused to the condition,and repeatedly asked for a replacement since the product failed within two weeks of purchase, they agreed, but they have not taken any action towards it. its 16/8/2012 today, and there has been no improvement in the situation, the customer care executives refuse to talk and some just do not receive our calls. please help!
