Not Satisfied Product relats Refund of Money

I was purchased an Open Box HTC Desire 826 16GB Blue mobile phone .I am not satified with the product and I complaint within the valid period of purchase the same. But the said refuse and deny too for necessary refund of Rs.10,999/-(Ten thousand nine hundred ninety nine i.e. my purchase money) . All though the said product is return purchase refudable and no bar was noticed regarding non refundable. The above said “APP” also sent a service engineer for urgent reporting about the said phone in which a copy of reporting gave to me for return purchase refund. I would like to inform that “Snapdeal App” still now trying to force me to purchase the very product. At present I am in very need to justice, being a helpless customer. pl. do the needful and help me to get my purchased money return and refund as well. With best regards.
