Its pathetic the way Airtel treats customer, data services not working for last 3 days.. 1st excuse i was given was some network issue in Delhi/ NCR, when told I’m not even in that circle i was told that Airtel network is having issues. While i was being given these lies, my friend sitting right next to me was merrily watching cricket match on his Airtel phone!
When i pointed this I was given another lie – I was told that my network settings are being refreshed and i will need to reinsert my sim card and wait for 4 hours for data services to be active!!!
Out of options i complied, however data services are still not working even after three days. And this is when i’m on a Rs. 1499/-plan !!!
And when I called yesterday, I was told that on this plan i was entitled for a 10 GB data (5 GB under plan +5GB additional for iPhone plan) however due to some technical issue my data has been stopped after consumption of 5 GB and i need to change my data plan!! If this was the case why the customer service executives were lying!! So much for being a loyal customer !!
Its pathetic and unfortunate that you guys manage business in such an unprofessional manner!
