I bought Aero volume mascara from Avon India Pvt. Ltd. But I am not satisfied with the product so I tried to retrun it but they said they can not take it back as its packing is open. But my argument is that i have not used the product. So they used give me either proper reason on what basis they are not accepting it back or initiate the refund.
I have the original invoice and the completely unused product.
