I had ordered a Ambrane p-1000 power bank from snapdeal of the cost Rs.800. But the Product they delieverd me is of the local company i.e. MI power bank with sony earphone. I had recieved that product in my hometown i.e. Allahabad but then i came to Delhi and i want to replace that product from Delhi itself. After that one of the member of snapdeal called me and she says that Sir it is not possible to change the pickup address, so you please courier the product and when we recieve the product then your refund will be added to your SD cash. Afterthat i had Courier that product to them on 8th june and when i track the status of the couriered product after 2 days it shows that company was refused to accept the product. Hence where is my product right now i dont know and I call them 5-6 times, they always told me that Sir I’m lodging a complain regargind your query and your amount will be added to your account within 24 hours, Whereas I still not get any amount in my SD cash and date of replacement is goint to over within somedays, after that I’m not able to return that product. So please help me for the same
