I have purchased a new car from Prestige hyundai jabalpur before 2 months, and now its oil chamber got damaged while running the car and when oil indicator glow i stopped the car. Now the Prestige hyundai service is saying that your engine is gone and i have to pay 1.5 lacks rupees to repair the car but my car is in under warranty period then why do i pay for it.. And how can the engine colud damage? They are trying to make me fool and forcing to pay the full amount for repairing. Please help to claim the warranty.
