Not returning the money directly

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Flipcart

I purchased a trouser of Rs.1052.The quality of fabric was poor.I asked for the return so was told that after picking up the product from my home the will return the money.Pick was done after many continuous requests made by me on costumer care.After the pick up they said they cannot directly return my money as it was pay on delivery.They said that my amount will be put into my flipkart wallet and will be adjusted in my next purchase and my money can’t be returned.I made a purchase of Rs.2500 but my amount was not adjusted and payment of 2500 was taken from my credit card.Now they r saying that they can return the money to my account and asked for the bank details.
When I provided the details I got a revert mail that since the credit card belong to my husband it is a third party and they can return the money by issuing a cheque in the name of my husband. They r continuously giving wrong info.and after my requests not returning my money.My 1st purchase was made on 22-12-12 and the next day i.e23-12-12 I made a request to the customer care for the return.Please help
