This is to bring your kind notice that i have booked my one bike (HERO IGNITER) RJ10-SE-8818, From THE Pilani (Rajasthan) on date 27-12-2012, The LR of the same is attached for your reference.
While checking the status of my consignment on your web portal it is showing as an invalid docket (screen shot attached) and the same was also confirmed by your customer care office.
The concerned branch manager Mr. Naveen is also not responding to my call from last couple of days and i would like to bring to your notice that he has charged Rs. 4,500/- for the said consignment, But he gave receipts of Rs. 3,530/- for the consignment.
Due to above negligence of your company, i am facing a lot of problems since my Newly Purchased above mentioned bike is in your possession.
Look in to the matter urgently. Waiting for your quick action.
