I gave my refrigerator for service to the problem of not cooling anyway.. I call the Samsung service ceter for service my refrigerator.. The nice cooling serive center take away my freez on 18-5-2015.. And told me that we’ll give u back in 2 or 3 days.. After 5 days i call to service center they told me that their are lots of pending freez for repairing, we Complete it after that we come to your freez. Its may take 3 to 4 days more.. I told if that pending freez will not repair in a year. My freez will not repair.. Then he give me 2 or 3 days again. Again 3 days later i call.. They give a no.. Told me u ask from them then i call again give another no. . Ask from them.. 2 days again over.. Again i call to manager i told that in my there are two children they are both are 1 nd 3 yr old.. They are not able to drink milk at night. Their health are affected in summer season. Then he told me you have to wait for 1 month or more.. I told him plz give me back my refrigerator in what ever the condition it has.. Unless i will complain and he shouted and he finaly told that I will not give your refrigerator in anyway do watever you want to do… (Manager no. – 8335042635) And cut my phn.. I m continuously call to head branch of Samsung service center.. They also not taken any action..
So i have requested you plz take any action about this managrr or nice cooling service center.. Just for that the children who not getting their proper feeding or milk.. In this summer torcher…
