On 19th April 2015, I had ordered “Crocks Flip Flops for Men / Boys (QTY:1)” from shopclues.com”. I was not satisfied with the product, so I had returned it. On 8th May 2015, I got a message from shopclues.com, stating that money has been initiated for refund. But till today my money has not been refunded. It is about to be a month. I had mailed shopclues.com, so many times, but it is of no use. Simply they will tell me to give 3 more days everytime. How many days should I wait for them. I had even told them to refund my money in “clues bucks”, if they were not able to transfer money in my Bank A/C. I am fed up with shop clues. I can’t bear them any more. After sales customer support of shopclues.com is worst.

My name is Subha Kundu.There is emi facility site and I also apply for Ausu zenfone2.When I apply for it but at first processing fee 1500 was pay by paytm and fill the application form and send there but give me time for ten working days after complete days told me that my application are rejected so I refund my fees but no any response all number are switch off there are no response from there.please sir help me for my refund fees. order id is 14500.
