sir,
i m filing this complaint against Micromax co. because i had purchased Micromax Canvas Xpress2 cellphone of this company on 25th August 2015, which i had submitted to its service centre on 7th October 2015 due to some problems regarding network errors. But the company hasn’t returned my cellphone yet. i hav been calling to the customer support call centre every alternate day, but they have been giving excuses and fooling me around.
Therefor i request to take action against this company and get my phone returned as soon as possible.
