On 12/04/13,I have booked a new HCL ME U2 TABLET through tradus.com and i have received on 18/04/13 evening by courier service.There is the defect in the device it is not detecting the pen drive then i contacted HCL call center they given the address of hcl service center.On 25/04/13 i have give the tablet to HCL service center and taken a job sheet.till today my tablet is with HCL service center,they are not giving the information about my tablet.The device is in warranty period due to their delay i lost 2 months warranty.so i request you to extend my warranty.. Thus it is requested that you take an immediate action on HCL service center in this regard and solve the problem.
