Customer care not attending calls

Location/place: Haridwar (U.K)

Name of company/service: Reliance

Dear sir my reliance number is 9548058357 and I m from Haridwar (U.K).
I am not satisfied with your customer care and it is also very poor services because they are not attending my calls and m totally flustrated with this. So please kindly help me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will port my number to any other connection.
