Not responding for products under warranty

I purchased 2 Mattresses of Dreams ( RP foams) having 11 years warranty and 3 years replacement.
I am having issues with these after 3 months only. After registering the complaint, executive visited and asked to wait for another 6 months so that issue is more visible and he will get them replaced.
Since then i am calling them and sending email, no one is responding. It is almost 2 years. I got one call in last oct that they will arrange visit but nothing happened.

Please help. This company is a cheat
