My invoice No is PAT/112012/3316 dt 01 Nov 12. The compony provide me one year warranty. Only using two months properly my mobile got switched off and not started again. I firsty give the mobile in the authorised service centre at SLR Internationat Ltd (ND) H-6, Kalkaji ROAD, Near Deshbandhu College, Rajdhani Jwellers, ND- 19. The service centre saying that mobile will be returned after a week being serviced. But the service centre returned the mobile about in a month. Hardly did I reached the home when mobile once again switched off. I again submitted the mobile in the same service centre on 21 Jan 12. It said that mother board will be changed and said again to come after one month. I again and again complained to give my mobile in appropriate servicable time but no positive result occured. The service centre made me financially and physically harrased. Therefore it is requested to take a suitable and hard step to finalized the dispute.
