Name of company/service: indiatimes shopping

i have booked a 4GB sandisk memory card on 25-11-2012 from indiatime shopping and i have paid my payment to indiatime shopping but i have not any receiving my 4GB sandisk memory card till today 23-02-2013
PLEASE SOLVE MY COMPLAINT
