not responding about their product

hello sir, this is arun kumar tiwari, i bought a nokia x2 phone from mahalaxmi communication bagha on june 2013. but microphone of that particular phone is not working proprly. when i tried to communicate with owner of shop they use absueive language, and saying i am not responsible for any thing, you go to hell.
