Nokia extended warranty not honoured

Location/place: Ahmedabad

Name of company/service: Nokia

Nokia refuses to replace N-8 having extended warranty. My handset is in Nokia custody since 2 months. They are offering another used handset but not a fresh packed piece. They are not ready to give anything in writing.
Any advice??
