I will never buy ever again from Dell. This experience has been horredous AND there is no one to complain to or speak to about the issue. my laptop has been damaged due to fall down from roof../ when i complaint them they said this is due to the physical damage.. we are sorry we cannot change your parts… tell me i thing why should i damage my laptop.. i m not a insane…. i m using dell xps l502x model.
