Name of company/service: Overnite Express Limited
my parents sent a courier with Overnite express limited on 26th june.
i havent received the courier till date.
on 4th of july, the tracking system showed the message: “Undelivered : ADRESSEE REFUSED TO SIGN/STAMP” But i never got any intimation.
The yesterday on call i was assured for the delivery of the courier yesterday and yet no action is taken.
