NOT RELEASING MY GIFT POINTS/UTILIZING THE SAME

DEAR SIR

I HAVE RECEIVED A JABONG GIFT CARD POINTS OF RS 1000 FROM HSBC CREDIT CARD. I HAVE REDEEMED THE SAME IN MY JABONG ID IE. [email protected] BUT WHEN I TRIED TO COMPLETE MY ORDER, I AM SURPRISED THAT MY ALL THE PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN BLOCKED BY JABONG.COM AS I HAD RETURNED THEIR ORDERS AND AS PER THEM MY RATING WAS LOW. JABONG.COM GIVES FACILITY TO CASH ON ORDER. I ORDERED THREE TO FOUR ITEMS BUT I RETURNED THE SAME AS THE QUALITY OF THE CLOTHES WERE VERY POOR. THAT’S WHY JABONG.COM HAVE BLOCKED MY ALL THE PAYTMENT MODE. I DONT KNOW, THEN WHY ARE THEY MAKE COMMITMENT THAT YOU CAN RETURN IF YOU DONT LIKE, AND THE SAME WILL BE APPRECIATED. BUT IN MY CASE THEY BLOCKED MY ALL THE LINK jabong IDs. I requested to them that please let me utilize my voucher, but they refused even i had requested to release my gift points but even they refused to do so. I had asked them that if my all the payment modes were blocked then why you credited my gift points in Jabong gift points, but they have given me answer that its our right. I dont what Jabong.com got from my Rs 1000 gift cards. I again request them to unblokc my id or release my points at the earleist,
