I purchased Hitachi company’s AC on 26th March around 12:30 p.m. from Croma Store (Himalaya Mall).I was told within 48 hrs installation will be done. Today morning when I Called up Customer Care around 10:00 a.m., i was told that installation is done within 48 hrs and there is still another 3 hrs in completeting 48 hrs.The Executive told that he has sent reminder to service centre and the installation will be done today.
Again around 12:30 i called up customer care, i was given the same replay that we are sending reminder to service center and installation will be done today. Again around 2:30 i called up, this time i was asked to contact the service Center. (079 – 32440908)I tried the number but it was not working… I again Called up around 3:00, now I was given another number (079-32449243). I called up continuously for half an hour…, finally somebody picked up the phone around 3:45 and assured me that he will call me back in 30 minutes, which he never did.I again called up , this time I spoke to Mr.Ankit, he also promised to call me back in 15 mins.But after that i Called up Service Centre 15 times , no on picked up the call.
At last at 9:00 p.m. i again called up your customer care, where i spoke to Mr.Janardan. He told me he will try to resolve this problem tomorrow…
1) Hitachi does not value their committment. If they committ 48 hrs, it must be done in 48 hrs.
2) Hitachi does not at all care for customers because service centre & caustomer care is rarely reachable.
3) Hitachi representatives make falls commitment. If you can not do something, learn to say “NO”.
4) Every time I had to call up customer care & Service Centre, asif Hitachi does not bother about customers.
5) 5 Reminders sent from customer care to service centre. but i did not recieve any call from any one. This shows Company’s attitude towards customer’s problem solving.
6)I felt, I am dealing with some local company, where no one is accountable or answerable.
I request you to get this installed on 29th March(Sunday) or help me in getting my cash back. I do not want to use any of HITACHI’s products in future neither will recommend to anyone.
