Not refunding the amount

Location/place: Lucknow

Name of company/service: Ovenbird foods

Ovenbirds is a tiffin service in lucknow.I used its services till 30th may. I payed the amount in advance everymonth. 15 days payment was to be refunded which has not been done since 1.5 months now.
Initially they assured me of the repayment over the phone. Now Vishal who came to deliver tiffin and collect money is not picking up my call. No one is giving me satisfactory replies. Kindly Help

    We r extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused because of us, due to some financial crisis we were unable to refund u the amount.
    As requested you earlier by vishal, please provide us someone’s contact number or your a/c number along with bank details again.
    we will surely refund your amount immediately.
