dear sir.
I have baught a new wireless modem of AIRTEL (no-8582969296)from a spice mobile shop,Behala.
first few days it works very nicely.after that it starts giving connectivity problem,i have to the spice shop to rectify this problem,then they told me that the there is no GPRS balance which is given (3.5gb)for 1 months.i agree,bt when i hv gone to recharge it,bt the recharge was unsuccesful.getting information from customer care that my SIM is activated because the document has not been submitted,bt retailer always used to say that he has activated the SIM.after many phone call he submit my document but still my SIM is not in service.and i dont enjoying my net service.from tomorrow onward there is neither response from customer care nor recharging is done.
