Dear Sir,
With due respect I would like to bring your kind attention towards unjustified delay in my refund for security amount, application for which was submitted at IGL Bhawan, R.K. Puram office on 03/09/2014 through speed post and I got confirmation from India Post website about the same being delivered.
I was told by the customer care executive that it will take 4-6 weeks to deliver the cheque for the same. However even after more than 7.5 months the same has yet not been done. I have called customer care at least 20 times regarding the same and every time I am told that it will be done within 7-10 days. But nothing has happened so far. Also I have written many mails without getting any response.
I am writing this letter hoping that some action will be taken and my money will be returned to me without any further delay.
