i had ordered jbl j33i in-ear headphone from flipkart. the original price is around 2500 and i bought it at a discounted price of rs 699. when i received the product, the product was changed. it seems like a worst quality local headphone with simple paper packaging. then i contact to customer care, they told me that the product is out of stock and you should either get refund or wait till it will be available. Next day i checked that the product is in stock at a different price. i again contact to them and then they told that the product is available from different seller. they regularly insist me to get my refund. Now, actually i want to get replacement of my original product and not any refund. they also warned me that you have only 7 days left to get your refund back.
